Individual Coaching
Individual coaching will focus on you and your success in achieving your aims and goals. These might be work or study related targets and ambitions, dreams for changing your life and career, issues like retirement planning / facing redundancy, or improving simply your ability to manage time, money or clutter. Sometimes we need to assess where we are and what we truly want out of our life and relationships. There are a lot of distractions, pressures or basic day to day routines which can prevent us from understanding our deepest self and recognising what we really deserve, often feeling fearful or dissatisfied with the way things are going but for various reasons not doing anything to change it. “Make it happen! Do it! Be it! Get there! Live the life you want!”
Coaching can help you move forwards in areas such as:
- finding and keeping rewarding relationships
- moving out of a situation you feel 'stuck' in
- starting a new business, venture or project
- self-confidence
- health/energy
- career planning
- redundancy
- retirement planning
- financial issues
- improving study or work skills
- responding positively to major life change
- family or work problems
- making decisions or choosing the next step
- time management
- getting in touch with your deepest self
- expressing your creativity
- managing clutter for good

The coaching session is an opportunity to focus on important questions and dedicate some time to creating the best situation for ourselves as we possibly can. It can be a profound and uplifting experience or simply the short sharp shot in the arm we need to get our lives on track.
Choosing to have a coach - for one hour, a month or three months - demonstrates your commitment to bringing yourself closer to what you need, want and dream. The support and focus you get from working with a coach over an agreed period of time can move you out of situations you have found frustrating and unsatisfying for weeks, months or years.
Often a life change or a crisis will bring people to individual coaching but you don't need to feel anything is 'wrong' to seek this kind of support or focus on your well-being and happiness. After all, the highest achievers and performers, in a great variety of situations, always have a coach.
“Coaching focuses on future possibilities, not past mistakes….”
Coaching can happen face to face or on the telephone. It is a series of structured conversations to explore and discover what will move you closer to your goal. Speaking with your coach from 40-90 mins at regular intervals, you can choose the timing and frequency to suit your needs, schedule and budget. Although sometimes just one or two sessions can give you the knowledge or motivation you need, we would recommend an initial programme of 2 to 3 months.
As we design an action plan together, we will ensure you have all the support and resources you need to make desired changes or carry out agreed tasks, including telephone and email contact between sessions where appropriate.
Lastly, your coach is there to support you, confidentially and unconditionally from the first moment.
This includes 'cheering from the sidelines' and reminding you of your successes as you make breakthroughs, discoveries and changes designed to reap the rewards you seek!
